Returns & Refunds
1. Made‑to‑Order Products
All our boots are made‑to‑order. As such, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind once production has begun.
2. Size Exchanges
Unworn boots can be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours.
3. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@takumisenn.mycorpdesk.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days and credited back to your original payment method.
5. How to Initiate a Return
Email info@takumisenn.mycorpdesk.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We will guide you through the process.
