All products are made‑to‑order. Images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in colour or finish due to manufacturing variations.
3. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include free delivery within Singapore. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. An order is confirmed only after payment is received.
4. Made‑to‑Order Policy
Production begins only after your order is confirmed and payment is received. The standard production and delivery lead time is 3‑4 weeks. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
5. Payment
We accept payment via PayNow. Corporate details of PayNow are provided during checkout. Orders are processed once payment is verified.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, images, and product names, is the property of Footwear Heroes SG Pte. Ltd.
7. Limitation of Liability
Footwear Heroes SG shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
