How to Track Your Order
Once your order is received and confirmed by our staff, a tracking number will be sent to your email. From payment to production to shipping — you can track every stage through our system.
1. Order Placed
Your order has been received.
2. Payment Verified
Once payment is confirmed, production begins. If payment is not verified within 48 hours, your order will be placed on hold and we will notify you.
3. Order Processing (3‑4 Weeks)
Your boots are made to order. This takes 3 to 4 weeks to complete.
4. Quality Check & Packing
Every pair is inspected and packed with care.
5. Shipped
Your order is handed to the courier. A tracking email is sent to you.
6. Delivered
Delivered free to your doorstep. Thank you for choosing Footwear Heroes SG.
