1. Warranty Coverage
Footwear Heroes SG offers a 6‑month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
2. What Is Covered
This warranty covers:
– Sole delamination or separation
– Stitching failure at seams
– Hardware defects (eyelets, speed hooks, zippers)
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
– Normal wear and tear
– Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper care
– Cuts, burns, or abrasions from external sources
– Discomfort from incorrect sizing
4. How to Claim
Email info@takumisenn.mycorpdesk.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos. We will assess the claim and, if approved, repair or replace the item at no cost.
5. Warranty Decision
All warranty claims are subject to our assessment. We reserve the right to determine whether a defect is manufacturing‑related.
